Heather has been working as a physiotherapist at both of our MCPhysio sites since 2003. She grew up in Ballarat and gathered experience in Melbourne and regional hospital and despite believing that she would “never coming back to cold Ballarat” she has loved committing to the region.

Heather studied at the University of Melbourne and has worked in every field of physiotherapy since graduating with honours in 1999. She has extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, however also still enjoys treating patients with lung problems, neurological problems, and elderly patients during her work at MCPhysio and Nazareth Care Ballarat.

She is strongly committed to Ballarat and loves all the wonderful things that the city has to offer, including strong and professional health services.

Heather’s passion for Physio is fostered by her enjoyment of working with a wide range of people ranging from 5 year old children to 95 year old great grandparents. She is committed to making a difference in people’s lives by improving their health, decreasing
their pain, and rehabilitating them after injury and disease so they can return to their lives
in great shape. Her passion for people means that listening to their needs and goals comes naturally to her on a day to day basis.
