Matthew Clark

Physiotherapist / Practice Principal

Matthew graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995, and has worked in Ballarat since this time. His long term commitment to the region has seen him work in acute public care at the Base Hospital and St.John of God Hospital along with Private Practice work prior to opening MCPhysio in 2001. His goal to provide the region’s people with a high quality, professional and friendly Physiotherapy service has driven him for his whole career.

Heather Dalman


Heather has been working as a physiotherapist at both of our MCPhysio sites since 2003. She grew up in Ballarat and gathered experience in Melbourne and regional hospital and despite believing that she would "never coming back to cold Ballarat" she has loved committing to the region.

Kathy Burt

Physiotherapist / Women’s Health Physio

Kathy returned to her hometown of Ballarat in 2007 to join the MCPhysio team and provide a high quality service to the people of the region.

Alli Davis

Remedial Massage Therapist

Alli has been involved at MCPhysio since its inception in August 2001. She initially joined the team as the Office Manager following completing a Bachelor of Business Marketing at the University of Ballarat in 2000. She went on to complete a Dipoma of Remedial Massage at Latrobe University in Bendigo in 2003. This developed her role in the practice, with Alli enjoying providing quality Massage Therapy care.

Born and bred in Ballarat, Bronwyn graduated from the Australian College of Sports Therapy, Melbourne in 2011 with an Advanced Diploma of Sports therapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Stefanie graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor or Health Sciences in 2014 and went on to complete her Master of Dietetics in 2018. Born and raised in Ballarat, Stefanie is passionate about providing high quality dietetic care to the Ballarat community.

Physiotherapist / Master (Sports Physiotherapy) / APA Sports Physiotherapist

Luke commenced working for MCPhysio as a Physiotherapist in 2007. He is involved in a part time capacity and works full time at the Ballarat Base Hospital as a Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist. Luke has worked in multiple private practices and public hospitals since graduating from Melbourne’s LaTrobe University in 2004 and in his time practicing has extended his skills through completing extensive training in multiple physiotherapy areas.
