Matthew Clark
Matthew graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995, and has worked in Ballarat since this time. His long term commitment to the region has seen him work in acute public care at the Base Hospital and St.John of God Hospital along with Private Practice work prior to opening MCPhysio in 2001. His goal to provide the region’s people with a high quality, professional and friendly Physiotherapy service has driven him for his whole career.
Kathy Burt
Kathy returned to her hometown of Ballarat in 2007 to join the MCPhysio team and provide a high quality service to the people of the region.
Jess Rowse
Jess graduated from ACU Ballarat in 2023 with her Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is no stranger to the practice having worked here as a receptionist and a Physiotherapy intern since 2021.
Jess is Ballarat born and raised, so is passionate about providing high quality care to those in her community and helping equip her patients to live strong and pain free.
Alli Davis
Alli has been involved at MCPhysio since its inception in August 2001. She initially joined the team as the Office Manager following completing a Bachelor of Business Marketing at the University of Ballarat in 2000. She went on to complete a Dipoma of Remedial Massage at Latrobe University in Bendigo in 2003. This developed her role in the practice, with Alli enjoying providing quality Massage Therapy care.
Bronwyn Buby
Born and bred in Ballarat, Bronwyn graduated from the Australian College of Sports Therapy, Melbourne in 2011 with an Advanced Diploma of Sports therapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage.
Jarrod Parsons
Jarrod graduated from Federation University at the end of 2017 with a Graduate Diploma of Clinical Exercise Physiology after returning to study after working in the industry for 6 years prior to completing this degree. He has been playing basketball in Ballarat for 20+ years and after many injuries his passion to improve not only his own health but that of others was nurtured; hence this being one of the reasons why he wanted to become an Exercise Physiologist.
Lauren McLean
Lauren has been in Ballarat for 8 years and graduated in 2021 with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Passion for exercise physiology is driven by the enjoyment of working with a people from all walks of life & making an impact in people's lives by improving overall health and wellbeing.
Being a county ‘kid’, Lauren enjoys getting to know people's background so she can further understand their functional needs in getting back to full independence and health.
Her areas of interest include but are not limited to; musculoskeletal conditions, return to sport, neurological conditions, metabolic health and women's health.
